Dry Ice!!
Yes. I have touched dry ice. What happened was something unexpected though. I just thought it would be super cold and that was all, BUT... I was wrong. At first, yeah it was cold. But after that it started to sting and so I let go (luckily). It's such a cool piece of solid that dissolves into thin air very slowly. This experience of mine is from Häagen-Dazs.

Work! Häagen Dazs! Work! Häagen Dazs!
It's been a while! I haven't been free enough to continue my blog for two weeks already but I'm free today! Recently, I started work at Häagen Dazs, Belissa Row in Pulau Tikus. At the start I thought it was going to be a boring part of my life. But as I got to know the other staff there, it just got better and better. Right now I feel that work is great! I get good exercise running up, down, in, out and everywhere, i get to see and talk to beautiful girls that come in to Häagen Dazs, I get to try all the ice-cream i want (but I don't), and best of all, I get paid to do all of that!!! The staff there are very friendly as well and that makes work fun.
So many new movies to watch, BUT... I'm low on cash. Guess I'll wait for payday and hope the movies will still be there or else I'll have to resort to buying DVDs. Currently on my 'To-Watch' list are... Jumper(1st Priority), Vantage Point, One Missed Call, and CJ7.
I just heard a Trance song called 'The Sound Of Nature Part 2' while I was in Häagen Dazs and couldn't wait to get the song in my own hands so i borrowed the CD and copied it into my computer. There were many other nice songs in the CD but that ONE song was the best.
Häagen Dazs... The one place for people to spend A LOT of money on a small bowl of chocolate with some fruits, tiny ice-cream balls and some biscuits.
Edit: This post was published 2 weeks after chinese new year started. I don't know why the date shown is the 8th of February. Just in case anyone needed to know.

Twenty, Twenty, Twenty!!! And Ang Pao Too!!!
So many years have passed and now, I am no longer a teenager anymore. Well some people say "teen" is a term for people below the age of 21. The origin of the term "teen" comes from thirTEEN, fourTEEN, fifTEEN, sixTEEN etc. until nineTEEN and then it ends unless they intend to look for the "teen" in the word 'Twenty'. Today is a special day for me because it's my Birthday and also the 1st day of Chinese New Year. Because it is my Birthday, I tend to get DOUBLE the ang pao I would have gotten on a normal Chinese New Year Day.
In the morning I visited my uncle's house where most of my relatives meet. I did the tea giving ceremony and got a lot of ang pao. Then, I went to a relative's house in Tanjung Bungah and another behind One-Stop. Went home for a while and then went out again to one more destination where they had a Lion Dance but too bad I missed it. Sad... Anyway, I got more ang pao and walked around. Went to Soy-Sesame in G-Hotel for lunch. Quite a nice place to eat.
It is such a hot day. The moment I reached home I fell asleep almost immediately. Got up just in time for dinner and planned to go out after dinner... to Netcity, of course. LoL.
This is a great Chinese New Year for me and because it is my Birthday as well, I'm celebrating the whole week. Hehe. Well, time to go now.

Intro: The Start Of Something New
Yeah... Starting a blog right before my birthday. Not something I would have ever expected myself to do, but now I HAVE!! So I'm new to the whole blog thingy and should introduce myself even though the people reading this would most probably be people who already know me. Heheh. I am William Saw Tse Yen. Aged 19... 20 TOMORROW!! I'm kind of a failure when it comes to my education but I plan on changing my ways and showing everyone how proficient I can be when I choose to be.
WARNING: Since this is my first post, there are a lot of experiences that i wish to share about recent events.
This year is still new to me, even though more than a month has passed since January 1st, 2008. During the night of New Year's Eve, I celebrated with some friends first at One-Stop's arcade on the 6th floor, counted down to New Year along Gurney Drive, and then visited my second home... Netcity. We played until around 3am before returning home and it was very exciting.
During the whole of January, my parents have been prompting me to find a job to not "waste" my time at home playing computer "the whole day", but I was unsuccessful in finding a job in Gurney Plaza, somewhere close to my home. But thats not ALL that happened in January. I went to many movies in the Golden Screen Cinemas(GSC) in Gurney Plaza, went out with friends a lot, and visited... yes, my second home, Netcity... ALOT!!
I usually go to Netcity with my friends Gavin and Harjit. Well, Harjit(mOnk) actually works there but he goes there to play sometimes when he's not working. Gavin(ReiX/Reddy/JamieX), the most feared DotA player in Netcity(maybe), goes there quite often. We are often joined by some others like Tannie(Chuck,Cock&Mary), Palipalam(PaliPalam), Kok Keong(Nick9), KX(gosu-Battledogz), and once in a while Woon Ho(N()()BM@ST3R), Sui Hoong(PrideZ), Lai Tat(TheCondemned), Yew Liang(xZlix), and some other friends who go seldomly, like just last night i saw Jin Hui(J I N) who said Jun Chang was there earlier before I arrived.
Recent movies that I have watched are Cloverfield, Gabriel, and Meet The Spartans(twice!).
In my opinion, Gabriel wasn't what I expected and felt like a waste of money and time. My friend conned me into watching it saying it was about angels and guns. I can't say he was wrong but they really didn't act like angels. I expected magic and miracles but the only thing i saw that looked supernatural was the super-speed, detection powers and healing. Some parts even looked quite gay and I must admit the producer had a sense of humor. The evil 'boss' had HILARIOUS-looking eyes. The movie did look worthy but only at a totally different perspective.
Cloverfield was plain dumb. The only reason I watched it was because my dad said I might feel sick after watching it and it has been a long time since I felt sick so I wanted to watch it. But I didn't feel sick at all after watching it(to my disappointment) and the main camera guy was rather annoying. One thing that made it very fake was that the huge monster was at two places at the same time. So... that was another waste of my time. Luckily I went to Netcity after that to prevent myself from dying of boredom!
As for Meet The Spartans, I'd say it was very worth it to watch compared to the other two movies even though it only lasted one hour and there were a lot of cut scenes. I even watched it twice! My favourite line in the show is "Your mother's so hairy, the only language she speaks is Wookie". LoL.

Best event so far was yesterday when my friends Gavin, Harjit, KX, Tannie, Palipalam and Kok Keong celebrated my birthday early at QueensBay with a surprise birthday cake and a night(and part of morning) of DotA at Infinity and Netcity. At QueensBay, Harjit, Tannie and I walked around, got some food from different places and then settled down at McDonalds for a chocolate milkshake each while waiting for Gavin and KX to do their shopping for Chinese New Year clothes. We were joined by Palipalam and Kok Keong shortly after we sat down at McDonalds and just talked for a while, waiting for Gavin or KX to call for us. We then chose to eat at the Manhattan Fish Market where we all had Fish 'n' Chips. After eating, KX went to the "toilet"(he said) and came back with my surprise birthday cake. I felt very happy as I wasn't expecting a cake and the cake was very nice as well. It was Walnut Brownie and it tasted fantastic. There was still half the cake left so we gave one-third of the leftovers to the Manhattan Fish Market staff because one of them was some of my friends' friend, and I took the rest home. After QueensBay we went to Infinity to play a Draft DotA match with KX's friends. I wasn't included but it was fun to watch. Then, we went to Netcity for more DotA and managed to play a challenging Allrandom game that we thought were going to lose but in the end we won(thanks to Gavin's guidance to the team). We had supper at Jamal after the game and then went home. Great day, great game, and best of all, great friends!
As for today, I started this blog and had a reunion dinner at my relatives' house.
